Year 2 building site visit
Year 2 enjoyed a lovely visit to the Nottington construction site on Thursday. We had the opportunity to speak to the site manager, who took us to the materials yard and spoke to us about the different materials used to build a house. They then brought out a forklift, which was extremely exciting!
The children had a great maths lesson today!
The children made fruit kebabs as part of their DT project. They then wrote some fantastic instructions about what they did, in their english lesson.
The children enjoyed having their reward for good behaviour and fantastic listening!
The children enjoyed an afternoon creating storm paintings using a range of colours and mark making techniques.
Year 2 enjoyed exploring our school prayer space on Monday with Father Philip.
