Year 4 Skype a Scientist Meeting
During their topic on jungles Year 4 had a meeting with scientist Molly Spater, who is looking at the impact of climate change on the Amazon rainforest. Molly's talk was very informative and the children got to ask lots of questions about being a scientist looking at conservation and climate change.
Year 6 Heart Specialist Visit
Year 6 had a fantastic visit from Dr Edney Boston-Griffiths a consultant cardiologist and interventionalist based in Dorchester. He provided us with lots of information about the heart before guiding us through his pathway to a career in cardiology.
