Year 3
Welcome to Year 3! Together, we will experience an exciting and inspiring journey. Within our History terms, we will be learning about life during the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages; in Geography, we will be studying
Sustainability, Earthquakes and what it is like to live in Megacities. In Science, over the course of the year, we will have fun exploring with magnets, light and shadows, plants, rocks and soils.
We will have trips to support our learning. Year 3 camp will be fun with the opportunity to take part in exciting activities at Weymouth Outdoor Education Centre, such as tunneling, climbing and team building challenges. We will be camping outdoors with evening fun to keep us entertained, and great food.
In Year 3, Miss Wakefield will help you to learn Spanish and music. Mrs Credland - Ballantyne, class teacher, and Mrs Bennett, class teaching assistant, are on hand to help you along the way and guide you towards developing your learning skills and independence, as well as achieving your goals.
